Senior Design Engineer

Responsibilities will include design engineering for new aircraft products as well as support of sustaining engineering initiatives for existing product lines. Bachelor level technical degree and a minimum of ten (10) year's related experience with design and development of aircraft or aircraft aftermarket products is required. Experience with new product introduction of aircraft components desired, including direct customer interface and cross functional team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum ten years' experience design engineering of structures for commercial, general, and/or military aircraft
• General knowledge of both metallic and composite component design and manufacturing requirements.
• Experience with aircraft systems
• Ability to evaluate customer requirements and independently determine technical direction regarding design
• Proficient in Pro-E CAD software
• Knowledge of FAA CFR 14 Part 21 and Part 25 requirements would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Raisbeck Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsible for selling all Raisbeck performance systems throughout worldwide partner network. There are no assigned territories but assigned dealer/partners around the globe. Represents Raisbeck in all activities associated with reseller/channel support including travel. Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent with at least 7 years of aviation experience in the field, for a MRO organization or for an aircraft OEM. Familiar with the industry and has successful relationships throughout the industry. Can embrace and adhere to the industry's concepts, practices, and procedures in an ethical and moral manor while representing Raisbeck. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May be asked to occasionally perform a variety of tasks outside this scope of this description. May be asked to lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to accomplish the corporate objectives.Typically reports to the Raisbeck VP of Marketing/Sales. In this case, reports to the CEO.

Raisbeck Marketing Manager

Creates, implements and oversees Raisbeck's marketing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. Manages the research and development of content for publication of products and their benefits. Maintains favorable public external image for Raisbeck by communicating company programs, its accomplishments, and/or its points of view. Prepares and distributes news releases, fact sheets, scripts, etc. to media outlets. Oversees the preparation of presentations and/or external speeches geared extolling the virtues of Raisbeck systems. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in area of specialty or in a related marketing discipline. Must be familiar with a technical industry and willing to immerse oneself into a new industry. Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be “Gumby” to perform a variety of tasks. May be asked to lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
