The busy autumn trade show season highlighted Raisbeck's global presence, with Raisbeck staff participating in AirVenture Oshkosh, LABACE, NBAA and the AOPA Aviation Summit. In addition, Raisbeck held a well-attended Fall Dealer Seminar in Seattle. Customer Service Director Bill Lally traveled to Shanghai, China, to help initiate efforts to validate multiple STCs. Technical Support Director Aaron Jo-Nes went to New Delhi to assist with an EPIC PLATINUM installation.
